The park opens daily at 10 AM. Closing times vary throughout the year based on the season:

Low Season: Sunday to Friday until 6 PM; Saturdays until 8 PM.

Mid-Season: Typically extended until 7 PM or 8 PM.

High Season (Peak Summer): Extended evening hours, often remaining open until 00:00.

Please note that the ticket office closes one hour before the park’s official closing time.

Access to specific habitats, such as the Aviary or the Butterfly House, may also end shortly before the main gates close.

Recommended Visit Duration

A comprehensive tour of the aquarium generally requires four to five hours.

This timeframe allows for a steady pace through the thematic towers, a walk through the 35-meter underwater tunnel, and attendance at one of the educational presentations in the Dolphinarium.

Public Transport

Metrovalencia: The closest station is Natzaret (Line 10), located approximately 600 meters from the entrance. Alternatively, visitors can take Lines 3 or 5 to the Alameda station and enjoy a 15-minute walk through the Turia Gardens.

EMT Bus: Several bus lines stop directly at or near the complex. Routes 95 and 15 offer the most frequent service to the main gates, while routes 19, 23, 24, 25, and 40 also serve the surrounding area.

Cycling and Walking

Turia Garden Path: Many visitors choose to walk or cycle through the Turia Garden, the former riverbed that now serves as a 9-kilometer park connecting the city. The aquarium is situated at the very end of this park.

Valenbisi: There are several Valenbisi bike-share stations located around the perimeter of the City of Arts and Sciences, allowing for easy pick-up and drop-off of rental bicycles.
